Based out of our Springfield, NJ office, you’ll be part of a high‑energy field marketing team that engages with homeowners, introduces them to our home remodeling services, and sets qualified appointments for our sales team.

• Report daily to our Springfield, NJ office
• Travel in company‑provided transportation to assigned New Jersey neighborhoods
• Engage homeowners face‑to‑face and educate them on exterior remodeling services
• Build rapport and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Set quality appointments for our residential sales team
• Meet or exceed individual and team lead generation goals
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training activities

• Reside within 30 minutes of Springfield, NJ
• Outgoing personality with strong people and communication skills
• Reliable, coachable, and self‑motivated
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Previous experience in customer service, canvassing, or sales is a plus — but not required!

• $18/hour starting wage + uncapped commissions (Top agents earn $70,000+)

Full‑Time. Monday–Friday, with evening and occasional weekend shifts to maximize homeowner contact.

Based at Global Home Improvement’s office in Springfield, NJ 07081. Field assignments throughout Northern and Central New Jersey neighborhoods.
