Sales Representative – Automotive Truck and SUV Upfitter

OK4WD is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative who can provide essential support to our sales team and enhance our sales efficiency as we continue to grow.

As our Sales Representative, you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for many of our customers in-store, as well as a guiding hand in managing phone and email leads. While experience in sales is a plus, it is not a requirement. What's most important to us is your enthusiasm and knowledge of truck upfitting and the off-road industry.

• Managing initial customer contact and guiding them to the right sales department.
• Delivering high-quality pre- and post-sales support.
• Responding to basic customer queries via phone, email, and online chat.
• Updating customer records in the company database.
• Multitasking and performing additional duties as required.

• Passion and knowledge of the automotive and off-road industries.
• General computer skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Great team player with outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and open to constructive feedback.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
