We’re more than a fitness studio—we’re a wellness movement. We’re looking for a passionate Sales Associate to be the face of our Sea Girt location. If you thrive on connection, love driving results, and are energized by health and wellness, this is your opportunity.

Your Role:
Be the Studio’s Heartbeat

As a Sales Associate
, you’ll be the first face clients see and the main reason they keep coming back. You’ll turn first-time visits into lifelong memberships and help us build a community rooted in movement and health.

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to follow up with leads and book intro sessions
• Deliver compelling studio tours and intro experiences with confidence and energy
• Convert prospects into members by highlighting the transformational impact of our services
• Handle objections with empathy and keep the clients’ goals at the forefront
• Promote retail and service upgrades that align with clients wellness journeys
• Client Experience & Studio Operations
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest
• Balance front desk tasks, phone calls, scheduling, and team support
• Jump in as needed—from tidying up to assisting fellow team members
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Use systems like Club Ready to track leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Marketing & Community Engagement
• Support local outreach and marketing efforts to grow studio traffic
• Help with social media and content that showcases our unique studio vibe
• Represent Stretch Lab with pride in the studio and out in the community

• Experience in sales within a service-based business (fitness, wellness, salon, etc.)
• Comfortable making calls and guiding prospects through a structured sales process
• Goal-driven, organized, and tech-savvy
  , especially with CRM or scheduling tools
• Naturally friendly and engaging—especially with newcomers to fitness or stretching
• Proactive, resourceful, and ready to support your team
• Available to work 2025 hours/week
  , including at least one weekend day
• Local to Sea Girt or can commute reliably
• Excited by performance incentives and commission opportunities
