Job Summary: We seek a high-energy, enthusiastic individual to join our Recruiting team. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, external marketing, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
• Nurturing leads through the sales process
• Logging and managing all client notes and contacts accurately
• Prescribing and selling the appropriate service based on client needs and goals

Qualifications:

• Must be a high-energy individual
• Must have 1+ years in fitness sales
• Must have 1+ years in customer service within the fitness industry
