Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging, in-home consultations to educate homeowners on high-quality, energy-efficient exterior remodeling solutions.
  • Leverage company-provided leads and a trusted brand name to close high-volume deals.
  • Maintain and track personal KPIs to ensure consistent sales performance.
  • Participate in weekly sales coaching and professional development sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Represent B&B’s reputation for honesty, excellence, and professionalism in every interaction.
Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of proven success in in-home service sales (roofing, siding, windows, solar, or similar).
  • Currently employed top performer generating $1.5M–$3M+ in annual sales with verifiable KPIs.
  • Confident communicator with outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Driven, competitive, and self-disciplined — motivated by measurable success.
  • Coachable, team-oriented, and hungry for growth.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation

Base salary: $25,000 + commissions, monthly bonuses. On Target Earnings: $300,000+ annually.
