• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and by sharing your expertise.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
• Become proficient in digital tools that enhance interactions and onboarding, such as coverage mapping, plan benefits and device/account troubleshooting.
• Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, processes, systems and reference resources.
• Build relationships and partner with employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, transfer small‑business leads and support peer success.

• A strong desire to learn and master customer‑advocate skills and build meaningful connections with customers.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and resolving customer issues.
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full‑time (40 hrs) or part‑time (20+ hrs) availability.
