Compensation
Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

- Keep the Fresh section fully stocked and rotate product.
- Maintain proper food‑safety standards.
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensure Fresh displays remain organized throughout the day.
