Beauty Advisor – Sally Beauty

We are the world’s largest hair and beauty supplier and we need passionate and talented people to help empower our customers to express themselves through hair.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co‑workers and management clearly and concisely.
• Ability to execute product knowledge training and support customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
