School Food Service Manager/ Lead needed for food service program in the Pittsgrove, NJ area . Monday through Friday, day shift. No weekends, or holidays. Summers off.
Must be will to travel within the district. Serv Safe® certification a plus.
Duties To Include- Over see cafeteria operation on a daily basis.
- Serving, food preparation, etc.
- Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times
- Prepare inventories, and month end paperwork.
- Over see cafeteria staff, and staffing needs.
