• Lead the restaurant experience: manage food production, guest service, crew, and business operations.
• Proactively lead and manage all people processes (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, coaching, motivation).
• Make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence.
• Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety.
• Oversee operational needs, including maintenance plans.
• Plan for each shift, monitor shift performance, and ensure targets and goals are met.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager and provide internal communication.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Training, safety and security, and quality food production.

• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Effective communication skills and ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve as manager in a corporate owned and operated restaurant.
