Responsibilities- Maintain compliance with diet prescriptions and patient preferences.
- Operate register according to established procedures, including correct close‑out, deposit steps and error slip completion.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment—cooking equipment, work stations, refrigerators and food warmers.
- Perform routine sanitation assignments such as sweeping, mopping, garbage removal and completion of daily checklist.
- Document dish machine temperatures, chemical logs, food temperatures, late tray logs and pantry supply sheet for dry and cold items delivered.
- Post menu board and signage as assigned.
- Prepare and serve food accurately following menu and portion guides. Complete pre‑portioning of desserts and other foods as assigned.
- Stock station with food, supplies and other needed items.
- Inspect china for cleanliness and chippings.
- Deliver/pick up of food trucks according to schedule and deliver child‑care meals as assigned.
- Adhere to proper food handling methods as required by local, state and federal regulations.
- Follow all HACCP, Aide & HIPAA guidelines proper hand washing, personal hygiene, food production, storage, labeling and dating, recording accurate temperatures on timely basis, and cleaning and sanitation.
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Adhere to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.

- High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Some experience in food service.
Starting at $17.32 Hourly.
