Overview
School Food Service Manager needed for food service program in the Knowlton, NJ area. Monday through Friday, day shift, 6 hours daily. No weekends, or holidays. Summers off.
QualificationsServ Safe® certification a plus.
Responsibilities- Over see cafeteria operation on a daily basis.
- Cooking
- Serving
- Placing orders
- Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times
- Prepare inventories, and month end paperwork.
- Over see cafeteria staff, and staffing needs.
