Morrison Living is hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time DISHWASHER positions.

Location: Winchester Gardens – 333 Elmwood Avenue, Maplewood, New Jersey 07040.

Schedule: Full time and part time; days and hours may vary. Some nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Pay: $16.75 per hour.

Requirement: Prior dishwashing experience is preferred.

Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior dishwashing experience is preferred.
