Bartender – Caesar's Sports book Bar

Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available.

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up assigned bars; requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
• Maintain stock, prepare, cure, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
• Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control.
• Check guests at the bar for proper identification.
• Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained; demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws.
• Receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed.
• Lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops; secure bank.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keep work area clean and organized.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• The use of medium‑weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins, or cleaning a slicer.
• The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves, or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers, or steam tables.
• The use of slip‑resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
