Responsibilities- Be the leader of your restaurant, mentoring and developing team members to ensure the store’s success.
- Instill the Wendy’s culture within your team and motivate them to exceed customer expectations on every visit.
- Hold total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant.
- Three years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell).
- Strong background in restaurant operations with demonstrated benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.

Wendy’s General Managers: $44,472 - $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing.
