We are hiring Shift Leaders who are motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, and can establish a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides outstanding service. The Shift Leader leads problem-solving, seeks help when appropriate, and mentors their team. Prior restaurant experience may qualify you for this role.

• Lead a restaurant shift to deliver outstanding service and quality, while managing daily operations.
• Establish and motivate a cohesive team; mentor team members and provide guidance as needed.
• Tackle problems proactively and seek assistance when appropriate to maintain smooth operations.
• Help drive profitability and ensure adherence to brand standards and policies.

• Prior restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team to achieve goals.

Compensation:
Wendy’s Shift Leaders: $16 - $18 per hour, based on experience and restaurant location.
