Vaco has a real estate development client focused in residential, retail, commercial and blended properties that is looking for an experienced Property Accountant in the Bridgewater, NJ area who has real estate industry experience along with either MRI or Yardi.
Qualifications- Advanced level accounting experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, P&L, property portfolio budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with preparing, reviewing and analyzing tenant CAM charges/payments and reconciliations
Onsite 5 days a week with excellent benefits and 401k package.
