This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, based in Tuckerton, NJ. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and managing real property transactions while ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and dedication. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, showcasing properties, conducting property market analysis, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the sales or rental process.

Additionally, the agent will establish and maintain strong client relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends and legal requirements.

• Must possess a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Real Estate, including buying, selling, and evaluating properties
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building
• Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations, as well as market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in real estate is a plus
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets
