Union City, New Jersey – Minimum 3+ years of experience in land use and real estate law.
Salary
: $100,000 - $165,000 per year, with base plus commission/origination program and discretionary bonus potential. Salary reviews each July.

Key Responsibilities- Represent clients before planning and zoning boards.
- Advise on zoning changes, variances, special permits, and tax abatements.
- Handle site plan approvals, redevelopment, and related real estate documentation.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in land use, zoning, or real estate law.
- NJ Bar required; NY/PA a plus.
- Comfortable appearing before municipal boards.
