Are you a seasoned real estate expert dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences? We are looking for a sales agent to engage with prospective buyers and sellers through appointments. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in personalized client interactions and prefer to concentrate exclusively on providing exceptional service, without the pressure of lead generation. Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct open houses
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in script practice
• Participate in team activities
• Commit to 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home

Qualifications

You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional or in Real Estate School
• Real estate sales experience a plus but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
