Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist

LHH is hiring for a client in South Jersey seeking a Quality Assurance Document Control Specialist to support quality systems and documentation processes within a manufacturing environment.

This role is responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining quality-related documents in both electronic and hard copy formats. Key responsibilities include processing document revisions and change controls, maintaining tracking logs, supporting audit and inspection readiness, and ensuring proper record retention. The position will also assist with general QA administrative functions and cross-functional quality initiatives.

• 2+ years of related experience in quality, document control, or a regulated environment
• PCQI certification (or ability to obtain) preferred
• Experience with document management systems or databases a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, production-based setting
• Manufacturing or food/beverage industry experience preferred
