Our client is a well-established healthcare and food-service goods manufacturing company specializing in sanitation products. They are now looking for a Quality Inspector III
.
$50k - $60k plus bonus
Position OverviewThe Quality Inspector III conducts daily in-process quality checks across manufacturing lines to ensure finished goods meet established product specifications. This role requires strict adherence to GMPs and company standards, accurate documentation practices, and the ability to support and lead junior inspectors while promoting continuous improvement.
Responsibilities Of The Quality Inspector III- Conduct daily inspections and testing of production lines to ensure compliance with GMPs and quality standards.
- Document inspection data accurately, including lot numbers, fill weights, and defects.
- Verify manufacturing specifications and prepare work areas for production.
- Collect samples and data to support product disposition and quality decisions.
- Apply disposition labels and manage transfer ticket verification.
- Identify and report discrepancies to appropriate teams.
- Perform AQL inspections and assist with rework processes.
- Maintain records within quality management systems and prepare production documentation.
- Support sample collection, stability testing, and validation activities.
- Review batch documentation for accuracy prior to release.
- Act as lead inspector when required and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow SOPs and work instructions for all testing and inspection activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience mentoring or training junior inspectors.
- Interest in career growth toward Lead or Supervisor-level roles.
- Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
