Director of Quality, Manufacturing - West Long Branch, NJNorthpointe Human Capital is currently looking for a Director of Quality to join our client’s growing manufacturing business. As the Director of Quality, you will be responsible for 20 domestic plant locations, developing and implementing quality management systems and strategy.
The Director of Quality will be a part of the executive management team and will participate in the company's strategic growth plans.
- Drive change
- Develop and implement a Quality Management System.
- Create comprehensive specifications for suppliers
- Lead plant problem solving Kaizens
- Other duties as assigned
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years as a leader in Quality over multiple facilities
- Experience with Lean philosophies, Quality Management Systems and Tools
- Six Sigma Black Belt is strongly preferred
- Ability to travel domestically
