We are seeking friendly, compassionate and driven Veterinary Assistants! This individual will be essential in assisting with patient care, restraint, client communication/education and keeping the hospital tidy. With locations in East Hanover and Florham Park, you will find a passionate and knowledgeable team ready to welcome you to the Veterinary Center of Morris County. Our facilities are AAHA accredited, certified cat friendly and have multiple fear free certified veterinarians.

• Experience strongly preferred but not required
• Previous experience of Veterinary Assistant skills including but not limited to:
  • Diagnostic imaging
  • Laboratory work
  • Ability to appropriately handle, lift and restrain animals and stand for long periods of time.
  • Have basic organizational and computer skills.
  • Initiative to complete day to day responsibilities.
  • Ability to work a four-day work week that will include one weekend shift.

Experience with the software Covetrus Pulse (Evet Practice)
