• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the facility.
• Providing direct supervision and guidance to unit staff.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

• Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of health coaching principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with aseptic technique for infection control.
• Competency in medication administration, including proper dosage calculations and administration routes.
• Experience in maintaining accurate medical records, including documentation of assessments, treatments, and interventions.
