- Dedicated professional to join our team as a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Full‑time role based in Sicklerville, NJ, servicing skilled nursing facilities.
- Excellent opportunity for growth requiring proficiency in general office technology.
- Current State NP or PA License
- Certification in Wound and Ostomy Care
- Proficiency in general office software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in long‑term care preferred
- Manage all open wounds, including cleaning and dressing.
- Complete admission paperwork for new residents.
- Provide advice and support to residents and their families.
- Monitor residents and administer medications and treatments.
- Document resident care services accurately.
- Adhere to infection‑control policies and protocols.
- Resolve resident problems using multidisciplinary team strategies.
