Forest Manor Healthcare Center is searching for NJ Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to become a part of our facility’s compassionate care-giving team. We have PRN positions available for all shifts, 7-3, 3-11 and 11p-7am

Job Description:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide clinical care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and the care plan. This position also requires employee to administer medication and treatments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and documentation.

This opportunity awaits a motivated and ambitious nurse (LPN) that will share in our facility's deep commitment to quality. We are looking for a nurse with good communication and organizational skills, and experience in a skilled nursing facility. We are a 120-bed nursing home with a beautiful new facility and a very pleasant and clean work environment.

LPN (Part-Time) & Per Diem Bonus: $2,500

• Provide clinical care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and the care plan.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and documentation.

• NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required).
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
