Position:

Shift: Day 3×12 (07:00–19:30)

Schedule:

• Every other weekend required
• 3 of 6 holidays required
• No on-call
• No floating

Experience:

• 3 years required
• 5 years preferred Unit Overview:
• LDRP unit – Antepartum, Labor, Postpartum, and Nursery
• RN may be assigned to labor or postpartum based on unit needs Role

Summary:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions
• Manage and document patient care per standards and acuity
• Advocate for evidence-based, patient-centered care
