LPN - Desk Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse – 11p-7a Shift (Night Shift)

We are immediately hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for night shifts at Jersey Shore Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing. Weekend shifts are available. Positions include full‑time (11pm‑7am) and part‑time options.

• Assist CNAs in performing ADL and routine care
• Conduct resident/patient treatments
• Administer medication in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Submit pharmacy orders
• Accurately document and record all information
• Give injections of medication as prescribed
• Observe resident health and communicate current condition to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Take vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight)
• Provide basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging
• Manage IVs, start IV drips
• Monitor fluid/food intake and output
• Observe and report resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns
• Assist as directed in the admissions process
