Salary: Up to $40 per hour

Responsibilities- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure quality resident outcomes
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and resident status
- Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment
- Uphold resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
