• Supervise and coordinate nursing activities on the 3-11 PM shift
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Monitor patient care and ensure that all residents receive the highest standard of care
• Respond to emergency situations and make critical decisions when necessary
• Ensure proper documentation of resident care and incidents
• Communicate with families and physicians regarding patient care and any changes in condition

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• Previous nursing supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing the best care

Note: Pay rates are determined based on experience and are subject to applicable shifts.
