• Provides direct care/services to residents within the scope of duties and responsibilities and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local regulatory agencies.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants.

  Certifications:
  
  High school diploma required; LPN license in New Jersey required; CPR required.
• Skill(s): Time management; excellent verbal and written communication; active listening and visual skills.
• Experience: One year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a health care facility;
  One to two years experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a Skilled Nursing facility.

$29.00-$33.00/hour
