• Execute physician‑prescribed plansxcare and document all care provided in the system of record

• Good standing LPN license in the state of practice
• At least 6 months of hands‑on nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Willingness to provide in‑home nursing care for infants, children, and adolescents
