Care One is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, holds a valid CNA certification, and is passionate about delivering high‑quality patient support.

• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care under direction of registered nurses
• Perform feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and repositioning of patients, and change linens
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident condition and care activities
• Demonstrate active participation in team communication and collaborative care planning
• Respond to challenging resident behaviors with patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition

• Certified or state tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws
• Valid CNA certification or state testing compliant
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Hands‑on knowledge of patient care appropriate to age‑related resident needs
• Team‑player attitude and commitment to collaborative teamwork
• Patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition to handle difficult residents
• Ability to interpret and communicate resident condition information
