. We are looking for a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position would be responsible for providing quality care and home health nursing care services under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

• Bringing care plans to life under the guidance of an RN
• Teaching and supporting patients with preventative and recovery care
• Ensuring services meet the highest standards of quality and compassion
• Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other care professionals
• Maintaining patient safety, documentation, and infection control standards
• Helping patients regain independence and dignity—one visit at a time

You’re not just a nurse—you’re a difference‑maker. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A graduate of an NLN-accredited LPN program with an active NJ LPN license
• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care experience (homecare/hospice a plus!)
• Strong communication, time management, and tech skills
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel
• A heart for care and a passion for helping others thrive

Working Conditions/Physical Demand :
Working indoors and outdoors with clinical equipment and use of phone and computer;

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $50,000 to USD $90,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
