Lead Surgery Center Technician

IVIRMA is seeking a full‑time SURGICAL CENTER TEAM LEAD to join our growing team in our Surgery department located in Basking Ridge, NJ. You will be responsible for ensuring IVI America Practices act in compliance with local and federal Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or Office‑Based Surgery (OBS) regulations. The IVI Director of Surgical Services will foster and facilitate relationships with practice Administrators, Directors of Nursing/Nurse Managers, and Medical Directors and be involved with both new project development and ongoing facility support.

This is a responsible position that must work with minimal instruction or direction and must demonstrate good analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Current BLS and ACLS
• MS or equivalent college degree
• Proven record of successful ASC Administration and/or Management experience
• Ability to serve as a trainer, mentor, and leader for employees during initial start‑up activities as well as during ongoing operations
• Proficient in computer programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must have thorough understanding of regulatory guidelines including, but not limited to, Quad‑A, AAAHC, CLIA, OSHA, State Department(s) of Health, CMS and DEA
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
• Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement and results orientation
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent managerial, interpersonal and organizational skills
