• Deliver nursing practices grounded in the latest evidence‑based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide individualized, safe patient care.
• Communicate patient status, rendered care, and treatment plans with patients, family members, nursing colleagues, and the interprofessional team.
• Administer medications using advanced bar‑scanning and documentation technologies to ensure the safest delivery of therapies.
• Document assessments, plan‑of‑care, interventions, and evaluations of rendered care at point of care using electronic systems.
• Provide patient and family‑centered education to optimize health, wellness, and disease management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for safe patient discharge and continuum of care.

• Current, valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification by the American Heart Association, required within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience or active participation in the HMH Nurse Residency Program.
• NICU experience preferred; NRP certification preferred; pediatric IV therapy and bereavement certification preferred.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to complete within three (3) years of hire.
• On‑call commitment of 16 hours per month.

Starting at $42.19 hourly. The posted rate is a reasonable, good‑faith estimate of the minimum base pay at the time of posting. Compensation may vary based on experience, educational attainment, and market data.
