Aviate at Piscataway
. Under new ownership since February 2025, we’re committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where both residents and staff can thrive.

• Sub-Acute Care Focus – Short‑term, specialized care for residents
• New Leadership – New Experienced Director of Nursing (DON)
• Supportive Culture – Teamwork, respect, and professional growth

Shifts: Monday‑Friday 3 PM - 11 PM and every other weekends

• Oversee the delivery of high‑quality nursing care during assigned shifts
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure compliance with care plans, policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Respond to resident needs, manage clinical emergencies, and communicate with families as needed
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to support clinical goals

• Valid and current RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to resident‑centered care
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
