Nurse Manager (RN)
Location: 300 Market St, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663
Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 a year
Schedule: Full-Time (Requires Manager level coverage)

- Direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource and consultant to ensure optimal patient care plans
- Possess specialized knowledge to facilitate patient treatment and staff development
- Provide and oversee patient care, implementing hospital and department philosophy and objectives
- Lead during crises to assure continuity of care and a productive work environment
- Maintain approved standards of patient care and collaborate for continuity under guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer
- Communicate clinical issues related to service or program development to the CNO
- Promote clinical development, competency, and expertise in staff to maximize patient outcomes
- Evaluate performance of professional and non‑licensed nursing personnel; participate in interviewing prospective staff
- Ensure staff documentation of care, family teaching, and discharge planning
- Provide direction to staff, other departments, and families as needed for smooth unit functioning
- Valid State RN License
- Three to five years of experience, including supervisory experience
- BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
- Certified BLS before hire date
- Certified ACLS or completion within first 6 months of employment
- CRRN after meeting eligibility requirements
- Clinical experience preferred
