Location: 300 Market St, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663

Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 a year

Schedule: Full-Time (Requires Manager level coverage)

Responsibilities
  • Direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource and consultant to ensure optimal patient care plans
  • Possess specialized knowledge to facilitate patient treatment and staff development
  • Provide and oversee patient care, implementing hospital and department philosophy and objectives
  • Lead during crises to assure continuity of care and a productive work environment
  • Maintain approved standards of patient care and collaborate for continuity under guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer
  • Communicate clinical issues related to service or program development to the CNO
  • Promote clinical development, competency, and expertise in staff to maximize patient outcomes
  • Evaluate performance of professional and non‑licensed nursing personnel; participate in interviewing prospective staff
  • Ensure staff documentation of care, family teaching, and discharge planning
  • Provide direction to staff, other departments, and families as needed for smooth unit functioning
Minimum Requirements
  • Valid State RN License
  • Three to five years of experience, including supervisory experience
  • BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
  • Certified BLS before hire date
  • Certified ACLS or completion within first 6 months of employment
Preferred Qualifications
  • CRRN after meeting eligibility requirements
  • Clinical experience preferred
