Salesforce NPSP Admin (Contract)

Contract (4-6 months or longer). Preferably local and can go onsite to Basking Ridge, NJ twice a week.

This position is necessary for the proper administration and use of various software and platforms, including Salesforce, Classy, and Quick Books. This allows the Foundation to manage financial record keeping, program management, fundraising events, donor records and grant recipient records.

Needs to have experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Package, grant management processes, online fundraising platforms, and financial software.

• Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.org NPSP database including advanced customization and configuration.
• Manage all Salesforce donation entry, acknowledgments, and annual contribution statements in accordance with state disclosure requirements.
• Manage Salesforce.org Grants Management Module and Community Portal, including support of community users.
• Enter grant and scholarship awards into Quick Books for approval.
• Enter bills into Quick Books for approval; process electronic payment once approved.
• Review daily transactions in Quick Books and assign to GL account; enter anonymous donation deposits into Salesforce, as necessary.
• Manage Classy fundraising pages and monitor integrations with Salesforce and Quick Books.
