Ambassador Director at Revolutionary Startup Social Enterprise

Part-time

iFLIP4 is a brand and network dedicated to social impact. We aim to be the central platform for nonprofits, philanthropy, and social change, targeting millennia ls eager to make a difference. Our platform offers articles, videos, games, and a way for users to support causes directly. For every product purchased, iFLIP4 donates half of the profits to the charity of the buyer's choice.

Pre-launch, we have been featured in the New York Post and received the Brown University C.V. Starr Social Entrepreneurship Fellowship. Our network includes Ambassadors on over 50 college and high school campuses across the US, UK, and Canada, with our website visited in over 140 countries.

Our advisors include notable figures such as a former IBM treasurer, a media expert involved in launching MTV, a Fulbright law professor, and a senior advertising executive responsible for $250 million in ad sales at Yahoo.

We are a team of fast-moving social entrepreneurs committed to building the future of social change. We seek a visionary leader to grow, train, and lead an international team of Ambassadors to inspire a generation to care about causes and take action.

Your role will involve coordinating campus events, forming partnerships with nonprofits, and engaging social networks to create social impact. We want a passionate leader who will partner with us, contribute ideas, and help realize our vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage an international team of Ambassadors to promote iFLIP4 on campuses and through social networks.
  • Organize innovative campus events, social media campaigns, and partnerships with nonprofits and brands.
  • Identify new ways for iFLIP4 to engage with campus organizations such as Greek life and clubs.
  • Hold regular meetings with regional Ambassador leaders.
  • Motivate and challenge the Ambassador Network to maximize their impact.
  • Qualifications
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills.
    • Experience in organizing and leading volunteer groups.
    • Experience in community outreach and organizing.
    • Patience, persistence, outgoing personality, and creativity.
    • A strong desire to improve the world.

    This position starts as part-time (~15 hours/week) with a stipend. As we grow and secure additional funding, we plan to transition to a full-time role with salary and equity. Our location is East Hanover, NJ, with flexible telecommuting options.
