Job Description & How to Apply Below
About Us
Blue Dog Hospitality is a restaurant group located at the Jersey Shore, operating The Deauville Inn, Yesterday's Creekside Tavern, and Inky's Cantina + Taqueria. We have active venues where summer crowds, live music, cold drinks, and packed dining rooms define our busiest months. From April through October, our brands come alive - and we're looking for a creative, hands-on Seasonal Marketing Manager to help tell our story, drive traffic, and capture the energy of shore season.
The Role
This is a high-energy, creative role built for someone who loves summer, hospitality, and social media. You'll own our digital presence and creative marketing during peak season - capturing the vibe, promoting events and specials, and keeping our brands top of mind for locals and visitors alike.
If you're the type who knows the difference between a good sunset shot and a Jersey Shore sunset shot - this role's for you.
What You'll Do
Social Media & Content Creation
- Run day-to-day social media across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and more
- Capture and create content on-site: food, drinks, live music, crowds, sunsets, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Post reels, stories, and timely content that reflect real-time shore energy
- Engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and build a local community
- Create and execute summer promotions, events, and special campaigns
- Promote live music nights, happy hours, holidays, and shore weekends
- Design or coordinate menus, flyers, signage, email blasts, and digital assets
- Maintain a consistent brand voice that feels fun, authentic, and on-brand
- Build weekly and monthly content calendars around the summer season
- Track engagement and performance, and adjust strategy as crowds and trends shift
- Help manage Google listings, reviews, and online visibility for all locations
- Work closely with ownership and location managers
- Coordinate content during peak hours, events, and weekends when needed
- Manage photographers, videographers, or influencers when applicable
- You get shore culture and summer hospitality
- 2+ years experience in social media or marketing (restaurant or lifestyle brands preferred)
- Comfortable shooting content on your phone and turning it into engaging posts
- Up-to-date on social trends, audio, and platform best practices
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple locations
- Nights and weekends don't scare you (this is the shore, after all)
- Seasonal position:
April 1 - October 1 - Full-time seasonal
- Competitive hourly rate or seasonal salary
- On-site presence required for content creation, events, and peak summer moments
- You're marketing a lifestyle, not just a restaurant
- Creative freedom during the most exciting months of the year
- Fast-paced, fun environment with real impact
- Perfect for someone who thrives in summer energy and hospitality culture
