Innovative, high-end automotive brand is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Marketing & Brand Experience Specialist to support daily operations of our Brand Experience Center (BEC) and assist the Marketing and PR team across a variety of initiatives.
This role is ideal for an automotive enthusiast who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys creating engaging brand experiences. The successful candidate will serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable on‑site brand representative while supporting marketing programs, events, media activity, and operational needs.
This is an entry‑level opportunity well suited for a student or early‑career professional with a flexible schedule and strong interest in automotive, marketing, and brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities Brand Experience Center Operations (60%)- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Brand Experience Center, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and premium environment.
- Serve as an on‑site brand and product ambassador, engaging visitors, partners, and media with knowledgeable and enthusiastic representation.
- Welcome and educate guests, deliver product walk‑throughs, and support demonstration experiences as appropriate.
- Maintain visual presentation standards, displays, and overall facility organization.
- Support scheduling, visitor coordination, and general administrative tasks related to BEC activity.
- Assist with facility readiness, inventory tracking, and basic operational logistics.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on brand updates.
- Support planning of marketing campaigns, brand activations, and events.
- Assist with event logistics including preparation, coordination, and occasional on‑site support.
- Conduct media and market research to support PR initiatives and reporting.
- Support content capture opportunities and brand storytelling initiatives when needed.
- Help maintain marketing materials, product information, and internal documentation.
- Deliver engaging and informative brand interactions that build enthusiasm and trust.
- Help create memorable experiences for visitors, media, and partners.
- Support community and enthusiast‑focused events hosted at the BEC.
- Assist with day‑to‑day administrative and organizational needs of the marketing and PR team.
- Support cross‑functional coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Take on additional tasks or special projects as assigned.
- Strong interest in the automotive industry; enthusiast mindset highly preferred.
