Social Media Management:

• Assist in managing and updating the team's social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.).

• Create and schedule engaging content, including live game updates, behind-the-scenes footage, promotions, and community initiatives.

• Tag and promote any sponsors of the game and sponsored on-field promotions.

• Collaborate with other interns to create fun and engaging content

• Interact with fans on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages

Content Creation:

• Capture and edit photos and videos during games, events, and community activities.

• Upload all photos and videos to a Google Drive, accessible to other interns and office staff.

• Generate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok.

• Develop creative ideas, captions, and visual assets (images, videos, graphics) to accompany posts.

• Ensure that all content aligns with the brand voice and guidelines of the Sussex County Miners.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Compile weekly and monthly reports on social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and present findings to the marketing team.

• Utilize insights to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed to achieve social media objectives.
