We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Affiliate Account Manager to join the Media Center of Excellence (COE). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Affiliate Lead, this role supports the operational execution, performance analysis, budget tracking, and management of affiliate and employee purchase program (EPP) channels.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining efficient, automated processes while working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Affiliate Network Support- Support day‑to‑day management of closed affiliate networks
- Ensure offers are accurately set up, maintained, and optimized
- Assist with compliance checks and ongoing partner communication
- Monitor affiliate activity to ensure alignment with program guidelines and brand standards
- Gather and consolidate promotion details across multiple lines of business, including offer terms, timelines, creatives, and tracking requirements
- Coordinate promotion launches and updates across affiliate partners and networks
- Ensure all promotions are accurately documented and communicated on time
- Track affiliate spend and performance against allocated budgets
- Assist with forecasting, pacing, and budget reconciliation
- Support performance reporting, including ROI, CPA, and partner‑level insights
- Communicate performance recaps to internal stakeholders
- Identify performance trends and optimization opportunities across affiliates and offers
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, and business stakeholders
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects related to affiliate growth
- 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related digital marketing role
- Experience working with closed and/or private affiliate networks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple promotions and deadlines
- Experience tracking and managing marketing budgets
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and performance reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive self‑starter able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience supporting multiple lines of business or complex offer structures
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a performance‑driven, high‑growth environment
