The Trade Marketing & Professional Programs Manager is responsible for translating NEOVA’s brand strategy into revenue-driving tools, programs, and promotions for physician-dispensed partners. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and education, ensuring NEOVA shows up consistently, professionally, and effectively in medical offices nationwide.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a purely strategic one. Success is measured by adoption, engagement, and sales performance at the account level.
Key Responsibilities Professional Marketing & Promotions- Develop and execute professional promotions including GWPs, stock-up events, kits, contests, and launch offers
- Own the planning and rollout of monthly and quarterly professional initiatives
- Ensure promotions align with brand positioning and sales objectives (quality over quantity)
- Manage NEOVA’s professional loyalty programs (e.g., Smart Rewards tiers)
- Coordinate tier benefits, communications, and fulfillment
- Ensure programs are clearly understood, easy to execute, and valuable to accounts
- Create and manage professional sales tools including:
- Sell sheets and product one-pagers
- Counter cards and in-office signage
- Protocol guides and regimen tools
- Launch kits and back-bar materials
- Work closely with Sales and Education to ensure materials support real-world selling conversations
- Coordinate trade show assets, timelines, and materials (booth graphics, collateral, promos)
- Support webinars, in-office events, and professional education initiatives
- Manage logistics and vendor coordination related to professional events
- Partner closely with Sales leadership and regional managers
- Education team
- Creative, Digital, and Operations teams
- Act as the marketing point person for professional channel execution
- Track performance of professional programs and promotions
- Identify what is driving adoption, reorders, and engagement
- Continuously optimize based on feedback and results
- 4+ years of experience in trade marketing, professional marketing, or B2B marketing (medical, skincare, pharma, or aesthetics preferred)
- Strong understanding of physician-dispensed or professional channels
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills
- Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously without losing detail
- Confident collaborator who can work cross-functionally
- Comfortable balancing brand integrity with sales performance
