The Influencer & Brand Partnerships Manager will lead Little Words Project’s influencer ecosystem across affiliate channels, paid creator campaigns, brand collaborations, and experiential activations. This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts creative and analytical - someone who loves building relationships, driving measurable impact, and spotting the next breakout creator before everyone else. You’ll manage day-to-day influencer workflows, identify new partnership opportunities, scale our affiliate presence, and help bring our values of kindness and connection to life through creators and community moments.

Responsibilities:
  • Own day-to-day management and growth of our affiliate programs, including LTK and Shop My ensuring creators have the tools, assets, and support needed to drive results. Amazon affiliate experience is also a plus.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-performing affiliates to scale monthly revenue targets.
  • Track performance KPIs and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee weekly and monthly influencer seeding—curating product lists, managing gifting calendars, and driving authentic creator love for the brand.
  • Maintain a thoughtful, relationship-first approach with micro– and macro‑creators.
  • Monitor organic tags and identify rising creators we should engage with.
  • Identify organic content for paid and whitelisting usage, negotiate terms, secure usage rights, and package up content.
  • Build, negotiate, and execute paid creator campaigns end-to-end—from outreach to contracting to content approvals and analytics.
  • Develop creator‑led storytelling concepts aligned with brand priorities, launches, and seasonal moments.
  • Partner with the Creative and Social teams to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
  • Identify and secure aligned brand partners for co‑branded campaigns, giveaways, creator collaborations, and product moments.
  • Manage partner relationships, timelines, deliverables, and cross‑team coordination.
  • Lead planning and execution of influencer‑driven events, retail activations, and VIP moments in partnership with Brand Director.
  • Build guest lists, manage RSVPs, handle communications, and ensure flawless on‑site execution that reflects Little Words Project’s brand values.
  • Schedule and manage influencer appointments at Little Words Project retail locations in exchange for content creation.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Retail Operations to ensure stores are prepared for visits, content callback, and surprise‑and‑delight moments.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, brand partnerships, or social media.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, affiliate platforms (especially LTK and Shop My), and social trends.
  • Strong network of creator and agency relationships is a major plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills—you thrive managing multiple campaigns, calendars, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator with фирмы to build meaningful, long‑term relationships.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker who understands how to translate brand values into compelling creator content.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Must be NYC based and able to commute to Mountainside NJ 3 days per week
