The Marketing Specialist, Strategy will play a key role in supporting the planning, facilitation, and execution of strategies for portfolio retention marketing. This individual will be responsible for ensuring quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging analytics to optimize campaign performance. • Conduct daily and weekly quality assurance on all portfolio‑related campaign files to maintain consistency and accuracy across marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the internal creative agency to create, coordinate, and update marketing collateral across various channels, ensuring alignment with retention and branding goals.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure clear communication of campaign updates and instructions related to customer retention efforts.
• Use campaign data and analytics to identify trends and insights, preparing detailed reports for management.
• Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to senior management to help drive improvements and inform strategic decision‑making.
• Provide support on other portfolio retention marketing tasks and ad hoc duties as needed to meet team objectives.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey campaign updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred and 1‑2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
