OverviewLead the end‑to‑end strategy for the Jewels Cookies brands (Honey Maid Grahams, Newtons and LU Biscuits). Drive brand foundation, strategic planning, channel expansion and consumer activation to ensure these incremental, profitable brands meet current and future consumer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver annual planning & functional strategy, supporting P&L ownership and annual growth goals.
- Manage brand portfolio and lead commercialization/launch plans for renovation, critical projects, PPA, and sustainability initiatives, including post‑launch tracking.
- Translate strategy into execution through marketing excellence in purposeful creative, media, and consumer activation development and implementation.
- Analyze and support the delivery of the business plan and participate in the Enterprise Business Planning (EBP) process.
- Influence and guide innovation strategy and lead new item launches.
- Execute integrated communication, activation and media plans, maximizing media ROI in partnership with internal and external media partners.
- Deliver commercial plans on a timely basis, underpinned by robust insights.
- Leverage data to monitor, drive in‑year business performance and develop multi‑year growth plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
Job Specific Requirements- 3+ years of commercial experience, preferably in Brand Management with large CPG brands (revenue $100MM+).
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo.
- Demonstrated understanding of the retail landscape and ability to deliver tangible business results with retail accounts.
Full‑time, hybrid role based in East Hanover, NJ with a minimum of 2 in‑office days per week.
Salary and BenefitsBase salary range: $117,400 – $161,425 (dependent on experience, skills, education, and location). Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with potential for over achievement.
