• Prepare and adjust machinery to meet specific production requirements for each run.
• Run manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor processes in real‑time to ensure optimal operation and consistent product quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, escalating complex problems to the right channels when necessary.
• Strictly follow all safety guidelines.

• Mechanical aptitude and a natural comfort working with tools and machinery; you enjoy understanding how things work.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required.
• Foundational understanding of safety protocols and quality control processes.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Additional training offered.
